Our Children's ministry contains a variety of services for your family's needs! Under the leadership of Lisa Summers, our Children's Director, we are able to offer a wide range of teaching styles to suit any age group and learning style! It is a place where children feel welcomed, valued and cared for while they learn who Jesus is, and how to follow Him. Our goal at Kidz Zone is to create a place where children have so much fun learning about God that they don't want to miss a single week! A place where they feel accepted and loved; where we can equip them to be leaders for the Kingdom through our adult volunteers who serve with great joy and passion. We want the time they spend with us to be the best hour of their week!!!

Children from newborn to two years old are ministered to during every church service in our nursery.  Our volunteer adult/youth nursery teams provide a safe, well-equipped and loving environment for each child.  Volunteer training is provided.  

Toddler Ministries

Children from 24-36 months love the small group format offered during the 9am and 11am Sunday services.  Children learn while having fun through Bible teaching with the use of puppets, crafts, songs, memory verses, gospel illustration, and object lessons.  With the use of specific teaching geared toward your 2 year old, they will come away with a foundational knowledge of who God is and that He loves them.  Classroom locations are posted in the church lobby.

Preschool Ministries  Lil'K
Children from ages 3 to 5 will explore together with Lil'K the life and teachings of Jesus through multi-media and multi-sensory centre stations.  As preschoolers rome from centre to centre they will encounter crafts, worship, Bible memory, Story time, knock knock (memory recall) and various play activities.  With the use of specific teaching geared toward the preschooler, they will come away with a knowledge that Jesus loves them and that they too can have a real and active relationship with Him. This program is held during the 9am and 11am worship services.  Classroom located in Portable #1.

Elementary Ministries

252 meet's each Sunday and is designed for children in grades 1-5. It is built around three basic truths every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52: 1. I need to make the wise choice; 2. I can trust God no matter what; & 3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Your child won't want to miss all the good things happening in 252. With live worship and drama teams, they will find a place to connect, meet new friends while learning how to live God's Word!!!
